Martin Maina is currently enrolled for a Master of Laws degree at the University of Nairobi (LL.M) in Public Finance & Financial Services Law. He holds a degree in Law (LL.B) from the University of Nairobi, and a diploma from Kenya School of Law (Dip. KSL).
He was admitted as an Advocate of The High Court of Kenya in 1998. He is a Certified Public Secretary (CPS – K), a Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public and Member of the Institute of Directors. He has done the Entry Course in Arbitration Practice offered by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has trained in Policy & Legislative Drafting.
