Kenneth Wanjohi Maina holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi ( LL.B), and a diploma from The Kenya School of Law(Dip . KSL) He was admitted to practice as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya In the year 2002.
He is a Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public and a member of various professional bodies primarily the International Commission of Jurists, East African Law Society and the Law Society of Kenya. He has a wealth of experience in Corporate law, Banking finance, secured lending, Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Corporate Restructuring.
He is trained in human resource management, is a certified computer professional, and further has a grasp of the Chinese language. He has vast experience in Litigation, Corporate, commercial, contract and conveyancing law both domestically and internationally.
